Standard domestic shipping is free on orders over ₹10000, otherwise it is ₹250.

Domestic orders usually ship within 5 business days and will arrive 7-10 business days after your order is placed.

Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the shipment notification email.

We currently do not accept any returns. Goods once sold can neither be returned or exchanged.

All sale products are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Once we receive your return for a damaged good, allow our team 5 to 7 days to evaluate and process it. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method.

If you have chosen cash on delivery, kindly email us your bank details on hello@btrsociety.com. The refund may take an additional 5 to 14 days to reflect in your bank account.

Unfortunately, we will have to deduct ₹250 from your return to be fair to our team and delivery partners.

Please inspect your order within a day of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, provided tagged and unused.
