Allow us to decode ‘detoxification’ for you. Well, as the term itself suggests, detoxification refers to the process of eliminating the toxins in your body. Detox can be internal as well as external. 

We love a wholesome morning of self care, peace and quiet for a productive day. So here is our simple three step routine to the ultimate morning detox.

DETOX SHOT

We promise detox shots are not always bitter and unpleasant. Usually, we reach for ACV (apple cider vinegar), ginger and turmeric to create a good detox shot. A glass of warm water with lemon in it every morning is a highly recommended way to release all the toxins in your body. It is not only a supply of vitamin C but also rich in gut benefiting nutrients. 

Here is the recipe for our favourite Haldi Ginger Shot. Grate a ginger and extract its juice manually. Mix it with lemon juice, turmeric and honey (activator for turmeric). Add as much water as needed. 

There’s your easy every morning detox shot ready.

SOFT MOVEMENTS
